以扬州的东关街为例,描述了传统文化在商业步行街打造中的运用,探讨了文化的渗入对步行商业街运营以至整个城市文化层次提高的作用,从而使得在文化的基础上打造出来的步行商业街能够更好的实现其城市功能以及其自身的商业价值。

With Dongguan street in Yangzhou as example, the traditional culture appliCation in shopping pedestrian mall building was described. The cultural infiltration enhanced influence on shopping pedestrian mall operation and whole urban cultural lever was discussed, there-fore make shopping pedestrian mall based on culture better realize its urban function and self commercial value.
