指出旧建筑再利用目前受到广泛重视,功能转换是旧建筑再利用活动的重要推动因素,主要研究分析了旧建筑改造时功能转换的几种方式以及功能转换的可能性,以充分利用原有建筑,延长建筑的寿命。

It points out that now people show more and more attention on the reuse of old buildings, and function transformation is the most important factor of the development of old building re-use. This paper chiefly analysis the way and the possibility of function transformation in old buildings, to make fully use of the original building and to prolong the life span of buildings.
