摘要
结合工程实例对滑模技术需要改进的几个主要问题进行了分析探讨,得出了采用48×3.5脚手架钢管代替传统Φ25圆钢作支撑杆会产生好的经济效益和社会效益,采用薄层浇灌连续微量提升的办法来消除混凝土粘模问题能提高混凝土的施工质量的结论。
Combined with engineering examples, several chief problems of slip-form technology need improve were analyzed and discussed. It concluded that replacing traditional φ25 round steel as stand bar with φ48×3.5 scaffolding steel pipe can make better economic and social effi- ciency. The concrete conglutinating film problems canceled with thin layer pouring and continuous micro-lifting method, which enhanced concrete construction quality.
