通过对现阶段企业资金风险存在原因的分析,提出了在资金筹集、资金使用、资金回收三个阶段对企业资金风险进行防范和控制的措施,从而最大限度降低资金风险的规模和对企业的影响。

Through the analysis of the reasons why there is risk in enterprise fund at present, it puts forward the measures to prevent and control the enterprise fund risk on fund preparation stage, fund using stage and capital recovery stage, so as to reduce the fund risk and the influence to enterprises to the most extent.
