On the Applicable Tactics of the 5E Teaching Modes in Training English Teachers for Elementary Schools

摘要 教学设计的目的是为了促进学习而开发最高效能的教学过程和教学资源,经过慎重设计的教学可以更好地满足学习者的需要。小学英语教师培训5E教学设计模式主张小学英语教学法类课程教学的一个教学单元或教学主题应该按照"体验/经验→探究→交流→拓展→评价"教学程序设计教学过程和教学活动,以便有效促进学习者主动建构知识系统和信念系统,提高教学技能。 The purpose of instructional design is to develop the most effective and efficient procedures and resources to promote learning. A well-planned instructional design can better satisfy learners' needs. A 5Es ID model for training English teachers of primary schools claims that the teaching procedure and learning activities of a teaching unit or a training topic on courses concerning elementary school English teaching methodology should be designed according to the sequence of "Experience→Exploration→Exchange→Extension→Evaluation" so as to facilitate the learners to construct knowledge or belief system effectively as well as to improve teaching skills.
