多层螺旋CT灌注技术诊断周围型肺癌微血管密度的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT灌注成像活体评价周围型肺癌血管生成状况的可行性。方法对70例孤立性肺结节患者进行灌注扫描,测定肺内病灶的血容积(BV)、血流量(BF)、平均通过时间(MTT)、表面通透性(PS)的数值。用免疫组化SP法测定周围型肺癌的MVD。结果灌注指标BF、BV与MVD之间均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论MSCT灌注扫描可以反映周围型肺癌的微血管特点,有助于其诊断与鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate the feasibility on assessing peripheral lung cancer angiogenesis in vivo by multi - slice spiral CT perfusion imaging. Methods A total of 70 patients with solitary pulmonary nodules underwent perfusion scan with multi -slice spiral CT scanner. The parameters of CT perfusion including blood volume (BV), blood flow (BF), mean transit time ( MTT), permeability surface (PS) were analyzed. The peripheral lung cancer were detected by SP immunohistochemical method, and then performed microvessel density (MVD) counting. Results BF, BV of the malignant were significantly correlated with MVD ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion MSCT perfusion imaging can provide the quantitative perfusion information of peripheral lung cancer, which can be helpful in the diagnosis and discrimination.
