跟骨严重关节内骨折26例治疗分析

Treatment of 26 patients with severe intra-articular calcaneal fracture

目的探讨可塑型钛钢板结合克氏针治疗跟骨严重关节内骨折疗效。方法以跟骨可塑型钛钢板结合克氏针固定，达到关节解剖对合治疗跟骨严重关节内骨折26例。结果所有病例均获随访，时间8—15个月，26例骨折全部愈合。按Maryland足部评分系统标准：优19例，良5例，可2例，优良率92．3％。结论可塑型钛钢板结合克氏针内固定治疗跟骨严重关节内骨折具有手术操作简单、可达到关节解剖对位、功能早期康复、并发症少等优点。

Objective To investigate the results of the operative treatment of intra-artieular ealeaneal fracture by using the internal fixation with plastic titanic alloy plate and Kirschner wire. Methods 26 patients of intra-artieular ealcaneal fractures were treated with the internal fixation of plastic titanic alloy plate and Kirschner wire to restore anatomical reduction of ealeaneal. Results All the patients were followed up for 8 to 15 months. All fractures were united. According to Maryland Foot Score System, the hindfoot function was excellent in 19 sides, good in 5 sides and fair in 2 sides and the excellent and good rate was 92.3%. Conclusion Internal fixation with plastic titanic alloy plate and Kirsehner wire of intra-articular caleaneal fracture has such advantages as simple operative technique, anatomic reduction of subtalar joint, earlier rehabilitation, satisfactory recovery and fewer complications.
