过氧化尿素空气消毒电热片研制及其消毒效果评价

PREPARATION OF UREA PEROXIDE ELECTRIC HEATING PIECE FOR AIR DISINFECTION AND EVALUAION OF ITS DISINFECTION EFFICACY

目的研制过氧化尿素空气消毒电热片,为室内空气消毒杀菌提供产品。方法将过氧化尿素压片制成空气消毒电热片,在空间为3.46m×3.46m×3.00m医院治疗室内,分别采取自然沉降法与撞击法,对过氧化尿素空气消毒电热片消毒前后的细菌菌落数进行采集和分析。结果当消毒片用量10～30g,消毒时间1～2h,催化剂用量0.2mL时,平均消亡率>90%,空气中残留的细菌菌落总数符合GB 15982-1995标准。过氧化尿素空气消毒电热片采取硬脂酸热熔涂膜或聚乙烯薄膜内包装,贮存6个月之后,活性氧损失<1%。结论过氧化尿素空气消毒电热片具有对室内空气高效消毒杀菌之效果,产品稳定性能够满足商品使用的要求。

Objective To prepare urea peroxide electric heating piece for air disinfection and to evaluate its disinfection effect on indoor air. Methods The urea peroxide heating piece prepared was examined in a medical treatment room of 3.46 m × 3.46 m × 3.00 m in size. Utilizing natural sedimentation method and percussive method respectively, the number of bacterial colony before and after disinfection by urea peroxide electric heating piece was then analyzed. Results The average disinfection rate was above 90% when 10 - 30 g of the pieces and 0.2 mL of catalyzer were used to disinfect 1 - 2 h. The total residue of the bacterial colony in air accorded with the GB 15982-1995 standard. When urea peroxide electric heating piece for air disinfection was stored 6 months after packaging with fihn of hot melt stearic acid and polyethylene film, the loss of activated oxygen was less than 1%, and less than 0.5 % when it was stored at low tem- perature. Conclusion Urea peroxide electric heating piece for air disinfection has good disinfection effect on air. Its sta- bility satisfies the needs of commodity utilization.
