心率变异性评价高空缺氧耐力的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 心率变异性(HRV)指窦性心率的波动性变化程度,因其发生的主要机制是心脏节律直接受心交感和心迷走神经的双重调节、相互制约,因此可用HRV评价与心脏自主神经活动性、均衡性有关的生理、病理状态。针对高空缺氧环境会对心脏自主神经活动产生影响,综述了在急性高空缺氧条件下HRV指标的变化特点,以及不同因素对缺氧时HRV的影响。
