摘要
新型轻量化材料在轨道交通中的应用推广,给其涂装材料提出了新的要求.为满足绿色环保和延长铁道车辆的维修周期的需求,采用化学共沉淀法制备了一种环境友好、可以吸附腐蚀性阴离子,释放缓蚀剂的钒酸盐插层锌铝水滑石新型颜料.通过盐雾试验、等离子体电感耦合(ICP)元素分析及极化曲线的方法研究了该材料及其220℃焙烧产物对AZ31镁合金的腐蚀保护性能.研究结果表明:该材料具有离子可交换性,吸附Cl-,释放钒酸盐,防腐蚀性能优良,温度聚变对颜料的防腐蚀性能影响不明显,可以屏蔽和弱化镁合金的加速腐蚀.
New requirements for railway coating materials were proposed because the lightweight railway materials will be applied to railway traffic. To satisfy the demands for non-contamination and prolonging railcar' s service period, an environmental-friendly new style pigment, decavanadate ( [ V10O28 ]^6- ) interlayer Zn-Al hydrotalcite (Zn-Al-[ V10O28 ]^6- ) was prepared by co-precipitation method. The hydrotalcite can trap corrosive anion and release the inhibitor of [ V10O28 ]^6- ion. Corrosion protection properties for AZ31 Mg alloy based on the Zn-Al-[ V10O28 ]^6- and calcined sample were investigated by salt spray testing, inductively coupled plasma (ICP) and polarisation curves. The results demonstrate that Zn-Al-[ V10O28 ]^6- hydrotalcite is ion-exchangeable, and it can adsorb Cl- ion and release [ V10O28 ]^6- ion. The material has excellent anticorrosive property. The change of temperature does not reduce the corrosion resistant property of Zn-Al-[ V10O28 ]^6-. This pigment can afford barrier protection and bate corrosion of Mg alloy.
