This paper introduces the operation system of Windows CE and the exploitation environment of embedded Visual C ＋ ＋ application software. By using powerful GDI and the function of Windows CE API, the authors explained the exploitation of dial control and serial data communication in details, designed the display platform, which can display a series of measurement information including the depth in the water, the location of GPS, the speed and temperature, actualizing the real time data transmission and display. By testing, the interface is very beautiful, the performance is stable and the system can be easily implemented.
