49例心肌桥—壁冠状动脉造影特点及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨心肌桥-壁冠状动脉(MB-MCA)的造影及临床特点。方法:回顾分析923例接受选择性冠脉造影患者,特别对其中49例MB-MCA患者造影及临床特点进行分析。结果:49例MB-MCA患者中40例单发肌桥,9例复发肌桥。其中MB-MCA合并冠脉粥样硬化8例,肌桥前7例,肌桥后1例。结论:造影时,MB-MCA以左肩位、头位、右肩位收缩期狭窄表现最严重,MB-MCA虽多为良性过程,非冠脉粥样硬化独立诱发因素,但也可以引起心肌缺血。
