技术创新能力是企业获取竞争优势的根本,由于企业技术创新能力具有复杂性,对其综合评价的指标权重确定就非常重要。采用三角模糊数构造三角模糊数互补判断矩阵,进而确定各指标的权重,符合企业技术创新能力模糊性的特点,能够比较科学地客观地确定技术创新能力评价指标体系中各指标的权重。

Technology innovation capability is the foundation of enterprise acquiring competition advantage. It is very important to determining the weights of evaluation index because of the complexity of enterprise＇ s technology innovation. Utilizing triangular fuzzy number to format triangular fuzzy mutual judgment matrix, we can determine the weights of evaluation index. The method is in accordance with the fuzzy characteristic of enterprise＇s technology innovation capability and is able to determine the weights of evaluation index of enterprise＇s technological innovation capability scientifically and impersonally.
