摘要
从界定和谐社区的涵义及标准入手,分析社区中普遍存在的法律纠纷的类型及呈现的特点,并依据我国法治进程的总体目标,提出具体的、可操作性强的社区建设法律保障措施。
The article starts with the standard of defining the meaning of a harmonious community and analyzes the type and the characteristics of general legal disputes which are appeared in the community. Targeting on these problems, it proposes a specific legal protection measures of the community construction according to the process of China＇s rule of law based on the overall objective.
