论当代中国群际交换平衡运作机制的构建

On the Construction Balanced Operation Mechanism of Inter-group Exchange of Contemporary China

中国社会转型期群际交换的不平衡日益加剧,已成为社会利益分化、利益格局失衡的作用机制和影响因素之一。基于对当代中国群际交换不平衡的现状及特点的分析,提出以弱势群体的组织化为依托,通过资源的合理配置、社会制约和监督机制的完善,构建群际交换的平衡运作机制,以促进利益格局的平衡,建设和谐社会。

This article has analyzed the situation and the characteristic of the Inter-group exchange of contemporary China, proposed that it can be changed into the backing by minority groups＇ organization, through resources reasonable disposition, social restriction and supervising mechanism consummation, construction the balanced operation mechanism of the group border exchange, promotes pattern of the benefit balanced and the construction harmonious society.
