摘要
将社会保障置于行为主义政治学的政治系统分析框架中,以政治系统理论解析社会保障的起因、发展及演变过程。运用政治学的理论论证社会保障的建立不仅是由于"社会正义"和"经济效率"的需要,还是满足社会需求的"政治产品"。
The author puts social security into the politics system framework of the political behaviorism, using the theory of politics system to analyzing the origin and development of social security.The author will demonstrate that social security is not only satisfy ＂social justice＂ and ＂economy efficiency＂, but also a kind of ＂politics product＂.
