摘要
根据剪切-闪光对焊机的工艺过程要求,应用开发工具Visual C++ 6.0结合Access2003数据库的方案,开发了用于薄板生产的闪光焊机系统软件.该软件提供了用户信息管理、焊接信息咨询、工艺方案制定、过程控制与监控、数据信息管理的功能,人机界面友好、操作简单方便,目前已较好地应用于闪光焊成套设备的焊接工艺过程实时控制.
According to the requirement of the technological process of shear-flash butt welding machine. The flash butt welding machine system software which was used in sheet steel manufacture had been developed with the development tools Visual C＋＋ 6.0 and Access2003. It provided integrated function such as user＇s information management, welding information consultation, process scheme establishment, process control and supervision, and data information management. The software also supplied friendly human machine interface and easy operation. The software had been successfully used in controlling of complete set of equipment.
