College sports culture has displayed school＇s morals, characters and attitude. It has unique culture phenomena with profound connotation and rich extension, and shapes the image of a university. This paper makes analysis on connotation, function and disadvantaged group of college sport culture. The main purpose is to promote the individual education of college disadvantaged group, achieve the guideline of health first and cultivate student＇ s lifelong sport ideas.
