急性冠脉综合征者缺血性J波与心脏事件关系的探讨

Exploration of the relationship between ischemic J wave and cardiac events in acute coronary syndrome

目的分析急性冠脉综合征(ACS)者缺血性J波与心脏事件的关系,探讨伴缺血性J波ACS者的预后。方法对ACS者显示有缺血性J波的为A组共139例,无缺血性J波的为对照组(B组)共119例。随访终点为发生心脏事件并作统计分析。结果两组完成随访154例,A组抵达随访终点103例,发生心脏事件48例;B组抵达随访终点51例,发生心脏事件11例。A组发生心脏事件是B组的4.3倍(P<0.05)。结论伴有缺血性J波的ACS者预后不良。

Objective To analyze the relationship between ischemic J wave and cardiac events in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）, and explore the prognosis of ACS accompanied with ischemic J wave. Methods 258 patients were divided into two groups, group A（ ACS with ischemic J wave, 139 cases） and group B（ ACS non ischemic J wave, 119 cases）. The author followed up these patients until they had met cardiac events. Results 154 patients（ 103 in group A, 51 in group B） finished the follow -up. Cardiac events were observed 48 cases in group A, 11 cases in group B, The morbidity of cardiac events in group A is 4.3 times than that in group B （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The prognosis of ACS accompanied with ischemic J wave is very poor.
