妊娠期急性脂肪肝4例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 4 Cases of Acute Adiposis Hepatica in Gestation Period

目的:总结妊娠期急性脂肪肝的诊断和治疗经验。方法:收集我院2003年-2008年收治4例妊娠期急性脂肪肝病例进行分析。结果:妊娠期急性脂肪肝临床经过酷似重症肝炎,妊娠晚期发病,短期内凝血因子缺乏、多器官功能衰竭。4例病例死亡3例,出生5个新生儿存活4个。结论:早期诊断,最大限度纠正凝血功能,尽早终止妊娠可显著改善母婴结局。

Objective： Diagnosis and treatment of acute adiposis hepatica in gestation period were analyzed. Method： To collect and analyze 4 cases of acute adiposis hepatica in gestation period from 2003 to 2008 years in our hospital. Results： Clinical process of acute adiposis hepatica in gestation period was similar to serious hepatitis, with invasion in late trimester of pregnancy, defect blood coagulation factor, and multiple organ failure. 3 of the 4 cases died, and 4 cases in five newborn infants survived. Conclusion： Early diagnosis, correcting blood clotting function, and early termination of pregnancy could improve the conditions of the mother and the baby.
