兰坪铅锌矿区159名儿童发锌含量测定与分析

摘要 目的:通过对兰坪当地159名儿童发锌含量的测定,了解当地儿童发锌含量水平,为当地CDC或者政府部门指导预防、治疗儿童重金属中毒提供依据。方法:采用火焰原子吸收法测定发锌含量(参考值124.00~415.00μg/g)。结果:共检测159例,发锌平均值含量为493.04μg/g,范围47.36~978.66μg/g,超过正常范围达61%;7~9岁与13岁以上、9~11岁与11~13岁、9~11岁与13岁以上之间的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);发锌含量随着年龄增长逐步上升;男女儿童发锌含量无显著性差异(P>0.05);彝族、傈僳族、汉族和白族之间发锌含量相互比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:兰坪铅锌矿区儿童发锌含量明显高于正常发锌含量范围,与当地是铅锌矿区有一定联系。 Objective:To understand zinc content level in the local children's hair and help the local CDC or local government departments to prevent and treat the heavy metal poisoning of children by determining and analyzing zinc content in the hair of 159 local children in Lanping. Methods:determining zinc amount in local children's hair by using the flame atomic absorption spectrometry.(reference value :124.00 - 415.00ug / g). Results:Of 159 cases, the average zinc content is 493.04ug / g, ranging from 47.36 to 978.66ug / g, 61%, which is above common level. The comparison between the children aged 7 - 9 and 13, 9 - 1 l and 11- 13. 9 - 11 and 13 has a statistic significant difference (P〈0.05). Zinc content in the hair increased gradually with age; the zinc content of boys and girls has no significant difference (P〉 0.05 ). The zinc content in the hair Yi, Lisu, Bai and Han nationalities has no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion:The zinc content level in the children's hair is higher than the common in Lead-Zinc mining area in Lanping, which is associated with the lead-zinc mining area.
