摘要
目的:探索《毒理学基础》实验教学方法。方法:在《毒理学基础》的实验教学中,采取了"一个优化",即优化实验教学内容;"三个改进",即从单一的验证性实验向设计性实验改进、从单纯的被动模仿向积极主动参与改进、从传统实验课堂向第二课堂延伸的改进;"三个环节",即把握实验准备和预实验环节、把握课前预习和提问环节、把握实验报告的批阅环节等措施,培养学生的综合素质和创新能力。结果:巩固了《毒理学基础》课程的理论知识,提高了学生的动手能力,强化了学生的基本实验技能。结论:《毒理学基础》实验教学方法的改进得到了学生的肯定,教学质量也得到了进一步提高。
Objective:To explore the teaching methods in the experiment teaching of toxicology foundation. Methods: Measures were adopted in order to improve the students' comprehension of the optimized content of experimental teaching and their innovation ability: transformation from single verified experiment to designing one, from purely passive imitation to active participation, and from the traditional classroom experiments to the extended second classroom; emphasis on experiment preparation and pre-experiment, review before class and questioning,revision of experiment report in the experimental teaching of toxicology foundation. Results: Their theoretical knowledge of toxicology foundation was consolidated; Their practical ability and basic experimental skills were strengthened. Conclusion: The improvement of teaching methods in the experimental teaching of the course is accepted by students, and teaching qualities are improved.
