摘要
科研项目网上申报系统就是在Microsoft@.net平台下设计和开发的,主要运用Microsoft@.net平台下的ASP.NET技术.该系统的实施可以为高校提供一个高效、规范、信息化的自动化办公环境,极大的降低办公费用,同时能最大程度提高办公效率.
The online scientific project declare system is such one which is designed and developed under the Microsoft@.net platform, mainly applying ＇the ASP.NET technique.Implementation of this system can offer a high-efficiency, normative and informative automated office environment for higher educational institutions, sharply reducing the expensive clerical cost. Meanwhile, it can improve office efficiency to the greatest extent.
