Study on Callus Inducing of Rice

以水稻成熟种子为材料,研究不同培养基及不同浓度激素配比对水稻愈伤组织的影响.研究结果表明:NB培养基较MS培养基可明显提高水稻愈伤组织的出愈率;当2,4-D浓度为2.0 mg/L,6-BA浓度为1 mg/L时,水稻愈伤组织的出愈率最高.

We studied the influences of different medium and auxin concentration on the callus rate office. It was found that the medium NB could improve the callus rate of rice, compared with MS medium. The callus rate was the highest when the concentration of NB＋2,4-D is 2.0 mg/L, and the concentration of 6-BA is 1mg/L.
