把衡水市区滏阳河及其支流水系与衡水湖国家级湿地建设有机结合起来,建成集供水、水环境、生态、景观及休闲于一体的多功能水网体系,是基于生态水利的思想,也是水利可持续发展的思想理念.论文围绕衡水市城区水系现状,提出对城区水系的建设构想及构想原则.

The organic combination of the water system of Fuyang River and its tributaries with the construction of the statelevel wetland of Hengshui Lake to build a multifunctional water network system with water supply, water environment, ecology, landscape and recreation is based on the ideas of both water ecology and the sustainable development of water resources. According to the present situation of the water system in the urban area of Hengshui city, this paper puts forward the ideas of water system construction as well as its principles.
