河北省高校开展民族传统体育项目的现状与对策分析

On the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Developing Traditional National Sports in Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province

本文采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计等方法,对民族传统体育项目在河北省高校的发展现状进行了研究.结果表明河北省高校民族传统体育项目存在着开展学校少、运动成绩差、运动员来源渠道窄、运动员训练年限少和教练员年轻化缺少训练比赛经验的状况.建议进一步拓宽运动员来源渠道、建立健全训练体系、加强教练员队伍建设、建立完善的竞赛制度、不断改进训练管理方法,这有助于该项目的广泛推广,有利于提高河北省高校民族传统体育运动水平.

This article, by using the methods of literature, interview and statistics, makes a study of the present situation of traditional national sports in colleges and universities in Hebei Province. Results indicate that there exist such problems as few traditional national sports items carried out in colleges and universities, poor performance, narrow source channels of athletes, athletes＇ few years of training and younger coaches with little training experience of games. Finally this paper suggests that we should broaden the source channels, strengthen the construction of the coach staff, establish perfect competition system, and improve training management, which may help expand this project and improve the level of traditional national sports in colleges and universities in Hebei Province.
