摘要
文章首先扼要地介绍了6σ管理中的VOC、VOB、COPQ的基本概念。文中利用6σ工具找出因子,分析因子并得到解决方案,简述了6σ管理手段DMAIC的含义并利用6σ管理手段控制PIP制程中的产品的良品率,在DMAIC的每一阶段采用相应的合适的分析工具来分析并采取相应具体的对策解决问题以降低产品的不良率,从而保证产品的质量以获取更大的经济效益。文章还列举了实例来具体分析产品不良的产生原因。
In this paper, the concept of VOC, VOB, COPQ in 6 σ management is introduced.The article details categories of badness phenomena and how to come out, while it details how we should take relevant measure to prevent badness ,meantime ensuring good quality of product, then at last a factual example was given to share with everyone.
