In the beginning of the 21st century,focusing on developing undertakings of the Party and the Mass, building the well-being society in a round way and constructing a socialist harmonious society, Hu Jintao analyzes the problems of the working style which appears in the members of the Party at present on the basis of the view of the scientific development,ie, people-oriented,and puts forward with a series of novel thoughts and arguments suitable to the requirement of the times.
