17 Years of Urban Literature in the Visual Threshold of Modernity

在许多城市文学研究者的眼中,17年时期几乎是一个空白,同样在对20世纪中国文学性质的讨论中,17年时期也被认为是现代性最为缺乏的时期之一。认真考查17年时期的文学作品,发现不仅关于城市的书写大量存在,而且其现代性较其它时期更为突出,整体上呈现为一种现代性与反现代性相交融的悖论状态。

Many urban literature researchers think urban literature is deficient during the 17 years. In the discussion on the nature of Chinese literature in the 20th century, the ＂17 years＂ is considered to be of the most deficient periods. Reviewing the ＂17 years＂ literature carefully,we can find not only a plenty of urban writing,but also more outstanding modernity in it. The ＂17 years＂, literature is presented as paradox status between modernity and anti-modernity. Researching the ＂17 years＂ urban literature in the visual threshold of modernity is necessarily helpful to deepen the understanding of urban literature, the Cultural Revolution literature and the 20th century Chinese literature.
