Staged Less Invasive Methods for Treatment of Comminute Fracture at Proximal Tibia

摘要 目的探讨分阶段微创治疗胫骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床应用。方法选取自2003年12月至2007年12月94例胫骨中上段粉碎性骨折患者,其中合并开放伤70例,均采用分阶段微创方法治疗。结果随访6~13个月,94例骨折均在术后2~6个月愈合,患肢功能根据Johner-wruhs关节功能评定标准进行评价,优63例,良25例,可6例,优良率93.6%。结论分阶段微创治疗胫骨近段粉碎性骨折,尤其合并开放伤者,疗效满意。 Objective To explore clinical application of staged less invasive methods for treatment of comminuted fracture at proximal tibia. Methods From December 2003 to December 2007,94 cases of comininuted fracture at proximal tibia,including 70 cases with open wound,were treated with staged less invasive methods and followed up 6 to 13 months. Results 94 cases achieved solid osseous unions from 2 months to 6 months postoperativly. The results were excellent in 63 cases,good in 25 cases and fair in 6 cases according to Johner-wruhs knee scoring. The functions of knee joints was excellent and good at the ratio of 93.6%. Conclusion The effect of staged less invasive treatment of comminuted fracture at proximal tibia were excellent,especially with open wound.
