在1978-2008年的30年中国法治进程中,法律史学发挥了重要作用。它从此前的薄弱基础出发,借改革开放之春风,观照历史服务现实,成为中国法治30年进程初期的显学,为法制建设提供了及时的思想资源与理论支持;随后,它鉴往观今,深入总结历史经验,继续助推法治进程。同时,它传承学术、推陈出新,提升品质、深化研究,使法律史学科得以迅速发展。展望未来,我们有理由相信,经过30年的努力和累积,中国的法律史学将有更加辉煌的前景。

During the thirty-year （1978 -2008） process of China＇ s rule of law,the legal history research has played an important role. Commencing on the previous weak basis and fostered by the spring breeze of the reform and open-up policy,it had become a famous school in the initial period of the thirty-year process of China＇ s rule of law based on the reality of historic service, providing the timely ideological resources and theoretical support for the legal construction ; thereafter, by referring to the past and observing the present, it has deeply summed up the histori- cal experiences and continues to boost the process of rule of law. Simultaneously, by academic succession, innova- tion, quality improvement and deeply research, it has furthered the rapid development of the study of legal history. Looking forward to the future, we have reason to believe that the legal history research of China will have a more brilliant future based on 30-year＇ s endears and accumulations.
