摘要
本文运用多种资料收集方法和叙事探究的方式,以一位贫困农村校长在教育教学改革中所作的策划和所遭遇的困境为线索,通过聚焦他的教改境遇,倾听他的发展自述,试图透视他的个人实践理论。期望他的境遇为我们理解教师和教育改革提供某些启示。
This study is made on the basis of interview and data analysis. The case of a rural school headmaster in a poverty - stricken village is discussed in terms of his attempts and frustrations in the educational reform informed from his narration. It is intended to shed light on his practical theories, hoping that his dilemma will be of referential value for a better understanding of teacher and education.
