摘要
目的:建立测定双奇口服液总多糖的含量的方法。方法:采用苯酚硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,测定总多糖的含量。结果:葡萄糖质量浓度在1.99～9.95μg.mL-1范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=0.28%;3批样品所测得的总多糖平均含量分别为2.87、2.95、2.92mg.mL-1。结论:采用苯酚硫酸法测定双奇口服液中总多糖含量,快速准确,稳定性好,可作为该制剂总多糖含量测定方法。
Objective ： To develop a method for the determination of Polysaccharide in Shuangqi liquid. Methods：The polysaccharides level was measured by colorimetry and phenol sulfuric acid method with glucose as the standard. Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 001.99-0. 00995mg·mL^-1 of glucose. The average recovery was 97.7 % with RSD 0.28 %. The levels of polysaccharides of 3 hatches of Shuangqi liquid were 2.87,2.95 and 2. 92mg· mL^- 1, respectively. Conclusion ： The method was simple, accurate and stable, which can be used for the quality control of this oral liquid.
