摘要
量子点是一类新型无机纳米荧光探针,在长时间、多色的荧光成像和检测中具有突出优势。近年来发展起来的量子点标记技术推动了纳米药物在细胞、活体动物水平上的研究;基于量子点和荧光成像技术开发的集靶向、成像和治疗作用于一体的多功能纳米药物,有望应用于肿瘤诊断和治疗。本文从量子点作为纳米药物载体、量子点标记纳米药物载体、量子点荧光共振能量转移技术用于纳米药物释放研究以及多功能纳米药物开发这四个方面综述了荧光量子点技术用于纳米药物研究的最新进展,并讨论了该领域未来可能的发展方向。
Quantum dots have proven themselves as powerful inorganic fluorescent probes, especially for longterm, multiplexed imaging and detection. The newly developed quantum dots labeling techniques have facilitated the study of nanomedicines on the level of living cells and small animals. Moreover, based on quantum dots and fluorescence imaging system, muhifunctional nanomedicines integrated targeting, imaging and therapeutic func- tionalities have become effective materials for synchronous cancer diagnosis and treatment. In this review, we summarize the recent application of quantum dots in the research of nanomedicines from four aspects, i. e. , QDs as drug nanocarriers, QDs labeling drug nanocarriers, QDs FRET technique for drug release study of nanomedicines as well as the development of muhifunctional nanomedicines, and also discuss the possible perspective in this field.
