摘要
为了对活齿端面谐波齿轮传动装置移动副的受力状态进行分析,首先根据活齿端面谐波齿轮传动装置结构的几何关系,讨论了活齿与槽轮导槽移动副的接触型式,然后根据不同的接触型式对活齿进行了受力分析,同时得出了移动副的效率计算公式。研究结果表明,活齿的不同受力状态对移动副的使用寿命和传动精度有较大影响,从而为活齿端面谐波齿轮移动副的优化设计奠定了基础。
In order to analyze the stresses of the shifting pair and oscillating tooth between oscillating teeth and sheave slide, the contact modes of the shifting pair and oscillating teeth were discussed based on geometric structure relation among harmonious gear drives on end face of oscillating teeth. According to the different contact modes, the stresses of oscillating teeth were analyzed, and effectiveness formula was deduced. The research results indicate that, the different stresses of oscillating teeth have influence on the service life and the transmission accuracy of the shifting pair, and the analysis lays the foundation for the futher more optimization design of the shifting pair.
