摘要
使用虚拟仪器技术开发影像测量应用系统比传统的软件开发方法更占优势。为此,基于虚拟仪器技术,建立了具有通用性的影像测量系统,并给出了软、硬件开发的具体实现。该系统主要硬件为USB摄像机、PMAC运动控制卡、伺服电机、三维机械运动平台,软件开发工具为LabVIEW和IMAQ V i-sion工具包。研究结果表明,此系统可以实现三维空间的精密定位,通过影像法对被测物进行精密测量,影像测量功能还可以根据需要来扩展。
Developing vision measuring system with virtual instrument technique has more advantages than with traditional methods. A vision measuring system based on virtual instrument was introduced. The design methods of hardware and software were also presented. The system hardware was consist of USB-camera, motion control card (PMAC) , servomotor and three dimensional motion measurement platform. The system software was designed by LabVIEW and IMAQ Vision development module. The resuits show that the system is used for precision positioning and computer vision measuring. Its measurement function can be added according to requirements.
