摘要
针对电力市场条件下交易的特点,在以最小边际电价为目标的模型中,提出了以电网安全为约束的多时段日前交易混合优化策略。该策略允许电厂的报价由任意形式、任意段数的线性折线段构成。为了处理这种灵活的报价形式,使用虚拟机组的概念,把多段折线报价分解成单段报价,提出一个结合遗传算法和线性规划法各自优点的混合优化策略来求解模型,其中遗传算法用来解决多时段虚拟机组的组合问题,线性规划法用于进行考虑线路阻塞的电量最优分配。算例结果验证了所提出模型和算法的正确性和有效性。
In the days-ahead trading model aimed at minimum SMP, a multi-period mixed optimal algorithm subjects to the security of network is presented in this paper. In this algorithm, the hid curves of generators can be any form of broken line. In order to deal with these flexible bid curves, the algorithm broke multi-lines bid curves into several single lines by using the conception of virtual generators. A multi-period mixed optimal algofithm with a combined use of the advantages of both the genetic algorithm and the linear programming is proposed to solve the mathematic model. The GA is used to solve units commitment and the linear programming is used to optimize electric quantity dispatching considering the network congestion. The result of case verifies the correctness and validity of this method.
