摘要
简述了某135MW汽轮机停机惰走过程中,两台润滑油泵同时不能正常供油所引起的断油烧瓦事故,分析了油泵不正常工作的原因。检查、测量轴瓦的磨损情况,制定轴瓦更换及系统处理方案。从保证转子正常盘车、轴瓦处理、油系统检查及滤油处理、高压汽封处理、转子定位几个方面进行处置,保证不弯轴,轴系中心不发生变化及油系统清洁。处理后开机,瓦温及振动正常,结果理想。
One bearing pad burned accident arise from lacking of oil, because the two lubrication oil pumps can not normally supply the oil at the same time during the 135MW turbine in idling state. After investigation of the accident, the oil pump problem was analyzed and concluded. Burned bearing pad was checked and measured, then the new pas was changed. When all the installation process, rotor turning, pad installation, oil system check, gland seal clearance check, rotor fixation was completed, the turbine wad started up and all the parameters, bearing viration and temperature were in normal range. The dealing result was satisfactory.
