Analysis and Settlement of Large Quantity Desuperheater Spray of Boiler

针对锅炉减温水量大的问题,提出了通过改造低温受热面的方法,达到降低锅炉减温水量目的,从而改善机组循环热效率,提高机组运行的安全性和经济性。

In view of large quantity ofdesuperheater spray problem of boiler, this paper proposed a method to reduce the quantity of desuperheater spray of boiler through the transformation low temperature heating surface. The settlement improved the circulation thermal efficiency of unit, and enhanced the security and the efficiency of unit.
