摘要
将CFRP板粘贴于混凝土梁的受拉面,可以有效地提高加固梁的抗弯承载力,而CFRP板与混凝土的粘结性能是影响加固效果的一个重要因素。通过30个高强度CFRP板粘结试件的双面剪切试验,研究混凝土强度、CFRP板宽度、结构胶类型、附加锚固措施等对CFRP板与混凝土之间的粘结强度与粘结应力分布的影响。研究表明,CFRP板与混凝土的粘结强度随混凝土强度的提高而提高,随CFRP板宽度的增加而降低;结构胶类型对其粘结强度有显著影响;合理的附加锚固措施能有效地提高CFRP板与混凝土之间的粘结强度。此外,基于试验结果提出计算高强度CFRP板与混凝土之间的粘结强度的Niedermeier修正模型。
Flexural capacity of concrete beams can be enhanced effectively by bonding CFRP plates to the tension faces of beams, while effect of the strengthening method is determined greatly by bond behavior between CFRP plates and concrete. Based on double shear tests of 30 specimens with high strength CFRP plates, the influences of the concrete strength, widths of CFRP plates, types of structural adhesives and additional anchorage measures on the bond strength of CFRP plate-to-concrete joints and distributions of bond stresses in CFRP plates are studied in detail. Studies show that the bond strength increases with increasing of the concrete strength and decreases with widening of the widths of CFRP plates, selection of types of structural adhesives has significant effect on the bond strength and bond behavior between CFRP plates and concrete can be improved by rational anchorage measures. In addition, the Niedermeier modified model is proposed for high strength CFRP plate-to-concrete joints on the basis of test results.
