有机土影响大棚白菜产量和品质的生理机制 被引量:4

Physiological Mechanisms of Organic Soil Cultivation on Yield and Nutrient Quality of Chinese Cabbage

摘要 以普通土壤栽培为对照,研究了农产废弃物玉米秸秆及大粪干为主要原料经腐熟后与洁净土配制的有机土栽培基质对大白菜产量和营养品质的影响。结果表明:采用有机土栽培的大白菜生长势好,根系活力强,光合速率高,增产效果极显著,产量提高28.1%;而大白菜的硝酸盐含量降低了470 mg/kg,降幅达36.7%;有机土栽培还明显增加了大白菜叶球的干物质含量,增幅为16.8%;与对照相比,有机土壤栽培的大白菜的粗蛋白含量、总糖含量和维生素C含量均有不同程度的提高。表明有机土栽培在提高大白菜产量和改善白菜的营养品质方面有良好的应用效果。 The organic soil mixed with composed corn stalfks,manure and clean soil was used as substrate for Chinese cabbage cultivation to compare the yield and nutrient quality in ordinary soil. The results showed that Chinese cabbage cultivated with organic soil grew better than that in ordinary soil because the growth vigor,root activity ,photosynthetic rate increased in organic soil cultivation, and the yield in organic soil could increase 28.1% ,where as the nitrates content in vegetables were decreased dramatically,which was 470 mg/kg lower than that in ordinary soil, about 36.7 % lower than that in ordinary soil. The dry matter content of Chinese cabbage ball in organic soil increased about 16.8 % than that in seil,and the Chinese cabbage cultivated under organic soil had higher crude protein content,total sugar and vitamin C content. Such experiment seemed that organic soil cultivation could be used in Chinese cabbage production to increase yield and improve nutrient quality.
