糖蜜酒精废液对甘蔗品质及蔗糖合成关键酶活性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 采用45、75、105 t/hm2糖蜜酒精废液直接浇灌甘蔗,并与清水处理(对照)和常规施肥进行比较试验,研究不同用量糖蜜酒精废液对甘蔗品质及蔗糖合成关键酶活性的影响。结果表明:施用3种定量糖蜜酒精废液的甘蔗,蔗糖产量显著高于清水处理和常规施肥;施用3种定量糖蜜酒精废液,新植蔗的蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性和蔗糖合成酶(SS)合成方向的活性低于清水处理和常规施肥,宿根蔗的两种酶活性与清水处理和常规施肥相当;施用3种定量糖蜜酒精废液,新植蔗的蔗糖分含量、蔗汁还原糖和重力纯度在工艺成熟前期低于清水处理和常规施肥,但到工艺成熟后期与清水处理和常规施肥相当,宿根蔗的上述各项品质指标在整个工艺成熟期不同处理间差异不显著。说明施用3种定量糖蜜酒精废液能显著提高甘蔗蔗糖产量,如生长期足够长,还能获得与常规施肥相同的酶活性和品质。 In the experiment,45,75,105 t/hm^2 vinasse were applied at sugarcane, with the normal fertilization and non fertilization as the controls ,to study the effects of different treatments on the quality of sugarcane and key enzymes in sucrose synthesis. The results indicated that the sucrose yield were significantly higher in the three kinds of vinasse treatments compared to the control and the routine fertilization treatments. The activities of SPS( Sucrose phosphate synthase) and ( Sucrose synthase) SS in sugarcane leaves ,which were applied with three rates of vinasse,were lower than other treatments for new planted sugarcane, but were equivalent to other treatments for ratoon sugarcane; The cane sucrose,juice reducing sugar and juice gravity purity of new planted sugarcanes under vinasse treatments were lower than that of other treatments at early technical maturing stage, but were equivalent to other treatments later. For ratcen sugareanes, there were no significant differences of cane sucrose contents ,juice reducing sugar and juice gravity purity in different treatments at the whole technical maturing stage. This indicated that directly irrigating sugarcane with vinasse may improve the sucrose yield,and keeping enough vegetative growth period for the sugarcanes and the similar sucrose content would be obtained between vinasse and regular fertilizer application as the vegetative growth period of sugarcane was enough in vinasse treatment.
