摘要
选取全国10个产烟省的28家基质厂家生产的基质样进行检测和育苗试验,了解基质中腐殖酸含量对育苗的影响。同时,采用在云南省有代表性基质厂家生产的基质进行不同腐殖酸含量处理的育苗试验,研究了烟草漂浮育苗基质中高含量腐殖酸对漂浮育苗的影响。结果表明:所取基质样品中腐殖酸含量与烟苗长势有一定的正相关性;腐殖酸含量对烟苗生长影响较大,当基质中腐殖酸含量>60%时,一定程度上影响出苗率和烟苗素质。
Media produced by 28 manufacturers in 10 tobacco producing provinces were selected for detection and seedling experiments to explore the relation between humic acid content and seedlings. The results showed that there was a certain degree of positive correlation between humic acid content and seedling growth. Humic acid content had remarkable effect on tobacco seedling growth, while the rate of emergence and quality of tobacco seedling would be reduced when humie acid content was greater than 60 %.
