不同栽培料种植大球盖菇产量对比试验初报

Studies on Yield of Stropharia rugoso-annuata in Different Substratum

本试验研究了3种栽培料在4种重量水平下对大球盖菇产量和品质的影响。结果表明,谷壳作为栽培料在10 kg/m2时种植出的大球盖菇生物学效率最高,投入产出比最高,品质最好。

The effect of three substratum in four weight levels on yield and quality of Stropharia rugoso-annuata was studied. The results showed ,Stropharica rugoso-annuata planted in chaft at 10 kg/m^2 had the best biological efficiency, input and output ratio （ROI） and quality characters.
