影响云南越桔种子萌发因素的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以在丽江采集的云南越桔种子为材料,对其进行催芽试验,研究了不同贮藏年限和处理温度以及赤霉素GA3不同处理时间及浓度对云南越桔种子萌发的影响。结果表明:在不同温度条件下的萌芽率差异极显著;不同贮藏年限间的萌芽率差异不显著。在10-30℃,种子都能萌发,但萌发适宜温度为15-30℃,最适温度为25℃,最大萌发率达53.67%。GA3不同处理浓度间的萌发率差异极显著;不同处理时间的萌芽率差异不显著。随着浓度升高,萌发率降低;浓度为100μl/L时,随着处理时间加长,萌发率随之升高;浓度为1000μl/L时,随着处理时间加长,萌发率降低。 V. duclouxii seeds was collected in Lijiang, and effects of storage temprature, storage time and GA3 treatment contentration and time on seeds germination was studied. The results showed that the difference of germination ratios of different treatment temperature was significant,but not not significant in different storage periods. E duclottxii could germinate in a wide range of temperature from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃. The suitable temperature for their germination was 15 ℃ to 30 ℃ ,and the optimum temperature was 25℃ ,the maximum germination ratios was 53.67 %. The difference of germination ratio of different concentration of GA3 was significant, but not significant in different treatment time. The ratio of seeds germination was decreased with the increase of GA3 concentration. When the concentration at the 100 μl/L,the germination ratio was increased with the prolonging of treatment with GA3 ,and at the 1000 μl/L,the germination rate was decreased with the prolonging of treatment with GA3. So the appropriate GA3 treatment could promote the germination ratio of E duclouxii seeds.
