摘要
采用花粉离体萌发法,对人工栽培的丽江山慈菇花粉在不同培养液组分中的活力进行测定。结果表明,培养液中蔗糖、硼酸、氯化钙、聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)在一定浓度范围内,对花粉萌发均有促进作用,但超过一定浓度则有抑制作用。
The pollen viability of Iphigenia indica,which was grown in artificially cultivated conditions under different medium components, was determined by means of in vitro pollen germination method. The results showed that pollen germination was promoted by sucrose, boric acid, calcium chloride or polyethylene glycol ( PEG-6000 ) within a certain concentration range and inhibited beyond a certain concentration.
