摘要 在金银花现蕾初期进行不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)和芸苔素内酯(BR)喷施试验,探讨GA3和BR对金银花花期及绿原酸含量的影响。结果表明:GA3使金银花始花期提前3-5 d,而BR使其延迟2-6 d;GA3和BR分别使千蕾重平均增加2.17、2.53 g;1000 mg/L GA3和0.5 mg/L BR分别使金银花花蕾绿原酸含量由3.38%(清水对照)提高到5.62%、4.90%。选择适宜浓度的GA3和BR,可以显著提高金银花千蕾重和品质,促使花期提前或延迟,实现金银花生产中的“分批成熟,分批采摘”,有效解决花农春季农忙金银花“丰产不丰收”的问题。 Different concentration GA3 and BR solution were sprayed in the initial bud period of honeysuckle to study their effects on the floroscence and chlorogenic acid of honeysuckle. The result indicated that GA3 solution might cause the start bloom of honeysuckle 3 - 5 days ahead of time,and postponed 2 - 6 days by applying BR solution. After spraying GA3 and BR solution,the average increment of thousand buds weight was 2.17,2.53 g,respectively. 1000 mg· L^-1 GA3 solution and 0.5 mg· L^-1 BR solution could make the chlorogenic content increase from 3.38% (CK) to 5.62% ,4.90%. Suitable concentration GA3 and BR soulotion could effectively improve the weight and quality of honeysuckle buds, and make the florescence ahead of time or postpone ,which provided reference to solve the problem that the poor harvest yield although honeysuckle grew very well due to the grower of honeysuckle with no time to pick because of busy fanning in spring.
