摘要
利用不同浓度的IAA、NAA、ABT和GGR处理头花蓼枝条,分析了各处理对扦插繁殖生根率和根系生长的影响;同时,对4个土壤水分含量处理条件下的头花蓼插枝的生根率和根系生长情况进行了分析。结果表明:①浓度为50 mg/L的IAA处理后的头花蓼插枝生根率较高(86.7%),且生根数量较多,根较长;②在土壤含水量为16%和22%的环境下,扦插生根率较高(75.7%),生根量较多,在土壤含水量为7%的环境下根系较长。因此,适当的激素处理和适宜的土壤含水量能够促进头花蓼的扦插生根。
The Polygonum capitatum Buch. -Ham. ex D. Don wattles were treated by the different concentration of IAA, NAA, ABT and GGR, and were also treated under those 4 conditions with different soil moisture. Effects on the rooting rate and roots' growth were analyzed. The resuit indicated that : (i) The wattles treated by 50 mg/L IAA had higher roofing rate 86.7 %, and had more and longer roots. (ii) Under the, condition which the soil moisture were 16 % and 22 % ,the wattles had more roots and higher rooting rate 75.7 %. Whereas, under the condition of 7 % soil moisture, the wattles had longer roots . Therefore, suitable hormone and soil moisture could promote the cottage rooting of Polygonum capitatum Buch. -Ham. ex D. Don.
