摘要
本试验采用珍珠岩、河砂和废菌包来逐步代替蛭石、草炭配比的复合基质进行黄瓜穴盘育苗试验,旨在筛选出育苗成本低廉,原材料又易得的育苗基质,结果表明:在黄瓜工厂化育苗中用珍珠岩、河砂和废菌包可以代替蛭石和草炭作基质,幼苗质量与对照相当,也可形成良好的塞子苗。
In order to select one or more kinds of substrate,in which cucumber could grow well and easy to get and cheap,the trials were cartied out to select perlite,river sand and used mushroom medium as the substrate which gradually replace the vermiculite and turf. The results showed it was possible to use a certain ratio of perlite,river sand and used mushroom medium as the substitutes of vermiculite and turf in the substrate. The quality of cucumber seedling was the same as that of the CK by this substrate.
