广西巴马地区80岁以上成功老龄的生物学指标结果及影响因素分析

Analysis of the biological parameters and influential factors of successful aging over 80 in Bama county of Guangxi

目的了解广西巴马地区≥80岁成功老龄的生物学指标及其与长寿相关的生物学因素。方法根据2004年3月12～28日调查的≥80岁267例老年人中符合成功老龄标准的样本,按年龄(83～89岁、90～99岁、≥100岁)分层抽样,共取73例成功老龄为研究对象。对其体质量、血常规、电解质、血脂、血糖进行测量,计算出体质量指数(BMI),按体质量、年龄、性别分组对血常规、电解质、血脂、血糖进行比较,并对影响长寿的相关生物学指标进行多因素回归分析。结果73例成功老龄无人达肥胖标准;体质量51～60kg组三酰甘油(TG)高于<40kg组,女性总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平高于男性,血红蛋白(HGB)各组随体质量升高而升高,男性红细胞(RBC)、HGB高于女性,≥100岁组血小板计数(PLT)高于83～89岁组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各项生物学指标在各体质量、性别、年龄组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素回归分析显示年龄与BMI、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关。结论本组成功老龄健康长寿的关键在于具有正常稳定的生物学基础,而保持正常稳定的生物学基础是以保持正常体质量为基准,以科学行为方式和良好生态环境为前提。

Objective To explore the biological parameters of successful aging over 80 in Bama county of Guangxi and the biological factors associated with longevity. Methods Of 267 cases of successful aging over 80 who were investigated from Mar 12 to Mar 28, 2004, 73 cases of successful aging were selected by age using stratified sampling method.Body weight, blood analysis,electrolytes,blood fat,blood sugar and BMI were measured.All cases were classified according to body weight,age and sex,respectively. The parameters mentioned above were compared among different groups. Regression analysis of biological parameters affecting longevity were conducted. Results Nobody met the criteria of obesity according to BMI. The value of TG in the group with a body weight of 5160 kg was higher than that in the group with a body weight below 40 kg.The values of TC and LDLC of females were higher than those of males. The value of HGB in each group increased with increase of the weight. The values of RBC and HGB of males were higher than those of females.The value of PLT in the group aged 8089 was higher than that in the group aged over 100（P〈0.05）.The results of regression analysis manifested that longevity was negatively related to BMI and HDLC. Conclusions Stable biological basis is the key to good health and longevity of successful aging, and the maintenance of normal body weight is the benchmark to maintain the stable biological basis.The scientific behavior and good ecological environment is the premise to maintain the stable biological basis.
